Why am I seeing a different Order ID Number for a Carrier in e-Manifest emails?
When reviewing emails regarding your shipments, you may notice that the Order and Manifest ID numbers are not the same as they are in your system, but this is by design.
What you are seeing here is your Carrier's Order number since your Carrier has now been given their own instance of Rose Rocket. The order number is still be correct, but the reason for the numbers potentially being different is that Rose Rocket has generated a Carrier-specific order number. You are seeing this ID number rather than the one from your own instance of Rose Rocket.
Our Product team has confirmed that one of our upcoming improvements will be that the Partner's Manifest number will be listed rather than the carrier number, so you will notice shortly that this will be resolved.
