When do Order e-Tracking links expire?

Learn more about how long your customers have to view an Order e-Tracking page before it expires.

By default, order e-tracking links will expire 45 days after they’re created. When an order is updated to Delivered, Invoiced, or Cancelled status or a Claim is created, the link expiry will reset to 45 days from the time the order status was updated.
