      SaferWatch - Integration Setup

      Connect your Rose Rocket account with SaferWatch to import all of the carriers you work with directly into Rose Rocket.

      Admin users will be able to complete this action.

      How do I integrate my SaferWatch account with Rose Rocket? 

      1. Go to the ‘Integrations’ page.
      2. Select the ‘SaferWatch’ integration tile.
      3. Click the ‘Enable Integration’ button. 
      4. Enter in your SaferWatch Company Key in the Configuration section. 

      If you’re unsure what your Company Key is, please contact your SafterWatch Account Manager. 

       

      How do I import my carrier list from SaferWatch into Rose Rocket?

      Connect carrier compliance data from RMIS to your Rose Rocket carrier directory and ensure that you are always working with carriers that meet your business' compliance standards.

      1. In the SaferWatch integration tile, select the ‘Import Data’  button. 
      2. You’ll be directed to this Import Data page. Select Import to upload your carrier data from SaferWatch.
      3. Rose Rocket will confirm what data was imported from SaferWatch. If a Carrier profile has already been imported, Rose Rocket will decline it so it doesn’t duplicate. Once this is done, your Carrier profiles will be created in Rose Rocket automatically.
