Reports Summary

A - Orders Profitability Report

This report provides a comprehensive analysis of order counts, revenue, and costs across various dimensions, including order status and customer.

B - Customer Summary Report

This report offers a detailed breakdown of orders by customer, including timeframe comparisons. It focuses on delivered orders and provides insights into order counts, revenue, costs, margin, weight, skids, and mileage.

C - Month Over Month Report

This report provides insights into customer activity by displaying the number of days since the last order was booked. You can use the filter 'Days Since Last Order Booked' to define inactivity based on a specified time frame (default is 30+ days).

Use it to get insights like:

  • Which customers have not placed an order in the last 30 days or more
  • How many days have passed since the last order was created for a specific inactive customer

N - Customer Accessorials Report

This report offers insights into accessorials, including the top 10 by revenue, a comparison of quoted vs. invoiced orders with accessorials, and a breakdown by customer.

  • Which accessorials generate the highest revenue for our business
  • How do the quoted and invoiced accessorial amounts differ for specific customers

O - Orders Problems Report

This report provides a summary of order problems by customer, offering details on the total number of problems, resolved problems, and open problems.
