Dispatch to Partner Carriers and Drivers

Managing partner carriers and drivers just got easier. Now, you can dispatch loads directly to your partner carriers and their drivers, streamlining your communication and improving operational efficiency. Key benefits include:

• Flexible Operations: Manage both asset-based and broker-carrier dispatching in one unified platform.
• Simplified Workflow: A hybrid workflow approach allows you to assign tasks or loads based on current demand and capacity, either to your drivers or partner carriers.

User Roles & Permissions

Stay in control of your operations with enhanced user roles and permissions. Per Dimension & Cumulative Rating for LTL Shipments

Accurately pricing LTL shipments can be complex due to the variety of factors involved, including dimensions, weight, and commodity types. Rose Rocket now offers a Per Dimension rating option, allowing you to price LTL shipments based on any combination of dimensions (length, width, height, weight, etc.) or make the rates cumulative. This flexibility ensures that your pricing is precise, eliminating the need for complex external calculators. Key benefits include:

• Precision in Pricing: Assign different rating factors to each dimension of an LTL shipment, ensuring more accurate and fair pricing.
• Better Shipment Control: Control pricing per dimension, helping you optimize cost structures for LTL operations.

CWT Rating for LTL Shipments

For those using hundredweight (CWT) pricing, we’ve made it easier to set up and manage this rating method in Rose Rocket. CWT rating allows you to price shipments based on weight, ensuring greater flexibility when managing large-volume loads. Key benefits include:

• Accurate Pricing for High-Weight Shipments: Apply CWT ratings to calculate the cost of heavy or bulk shipments more efficiently.
• Flexible Shipping Models: Better accommodate various shipment sizes and weights with this precise rating model.

Driver Profile Settings

We’ve expanded the functionality of driver profiles, allowing you to customize key details about each driver. This feature improves how you manage driver-specific preferences, skills, and certifications, ensuring that you dispatch the right driver for the right job. Key benefits include:

• Customizable Fields: Businesses can extend driver profiles by adding custom fields for various data, such as license and insurance information.
• Automation: Automate updates such as starting/ending locations, loaded miles, and more, which helps streamline operations.

(Enhancement) Unique Leg BOLs

Managing multiple carriers or orders on the same shipment? You can now generate a unique Bill of Lading (BOL) for each leg of an order, ensuring that every carrier receives the correct documentation. This is perfect for brokers who need to send different legs to different carriers or for carriers consolidating multiple orders. Each Leg BOL will still be available on the main order but will also be accessible at the individual leg level.
