How to connect your MacroPoint account to Rose Rocket to track live carrier location for in-transit orders.
Integration Setup
Follow the walkthrough for how to connect your MacroPoint account in Rose Rocket. You'll need your Macropoint API username, password and MPID Helper for setup.
The MacroPoint request will be completed in 1-2 days from the time the form is submitted. You’ll get a confirmation email once the integration is set up and ready to use.
Live Tracking
Location updates from MacroPoint will be updated every 15 minutes by default.
The MacroPoint Integration is currently supported for point-to-point orders only. It will be triggered in two ways:
- By driver phone number
- By power unit
The live tracking can also be manually triggered from the Order details view via a new MacroPoint Integration widget.

If needed, you can also update driver details and it will update the existing tracking session.
Four new MacroPoint related fields will be added to the right side data panel. These fields will be read-only and populated once MacroPoint tracking has been enabled successfully.
MacroPoint tracking will also be reflected on the Order details map. Hover over the blue location dot and you will see the last known location of the load (ie. the location when MacroPoint was last pinged).
Transfer of documents (for eg. BOL, POP, POD) between MacroPoint and Rose Rocket is currently not supported.
