FAQs

What if I want to revert to the organization's default mileage provider?
Simply remove the override from the customer.

Will the Customer distance update if I change a customer's mileage provider or its secondary settings?

No, changing the mileage provider or its secondary settings (like version or routing preference) won't retroactively recalculate mileage.

To trigger a recalculation, make a change to one of the stops.

Can I see when the Customer distance was last calculated?
While the distance provider and version are visible, there is no timestamp showing when the Customer distance miles was last calculated.

To refresh the calculation, modify the stop(s).
