⚡️ Board Calculations — Totals at the Top of Any Board
Answering "what's the total revenue on my Booked Loads board?" used to mean exporting to a spreadsheet. Now the answer lives at the top of the board.
Choose a calculation for any column — Sum, Average, Count, Min, or Max — and the result appears at the bottom of your board, always reflecting your current filters and search.
How to enable: Open any board → click Configure (top right) → select the Calculations tab → choose a metric per column.
Tip: Click any aggregation value to copy it to your clipboard instantly!

📄 Documents — Download Multiple Files at Once
Downloading a week of BOLs, a set of invoices for a lane, or rate confirmations for a dispute used to mean clicking through every file one at a time. Now you select everything and download once.
Select documents from any document widget or docs table, click Download, and get a ZIP with everything you selected.
Works on BOLs, invoices, rate confirmations, and any uploaded file. The download skips files you don't have access to and tells you exactly what was included.

From a board: Click the document count in any cell (e.g. "3 docs") → the documents widget opens → select the files you want → click Download button.

From an order: Open an order → go to the Docs tab → select the files you want → click Download button.

Set a default subject line for outgoing invoice emails. Configure in your "Invoicing and Billing" settings — applies automatically when invoices are shared with customers. If you want to customize per customer, you can edit the "Default invoice email subject" of any Customer record! |

NOW() now accepts an explicit timezone argument: NOW('eastern') or NOW('America/New_York'). Works in Object Builder formula fields, where you can set the timezone of any date field. Existing NOW() calls are unchanged. |

Amount and currency now export as separate columns. No more parsing "$1,250 USD" in every formula. |

Multi-currency columns export all values as separate, clearly labelled columns. |

Rate lane data now exports correctly. Previously, some rate fields exported blank or malformed. |

Custom widget text areas |
Notes and instructions are easier to read and edit directly in the record. Long text fields in custom widgets now render as text areas instead of single-line inputs. |

Rename default widget sequences |
Default widget sequences can now be renamed — not just custom ones. Give your standard views (Dispatch, Sales, Finance) names your team actually uses. To rename: Widget Builder → select the sequence → click the name to edit. |
