Introducing the new accounting feature in Rose Rocket! The feature allows users to assign multiple currencies on carrier bills, helping businesses handle costs accurately and export multi-currency bills to QuickBooks Online for easier reconciliation.

Display and Manage Multi-Currency on Carrier Bills

With the new multi-currency feature, Rose Rocket now supports displaying different currencies on carrier bills, enabling better management of international transactions. Key benefits include:

• Accurate Cross-Border Billing: Track and display costs in the correct currency, ensuring that bills reflect agreed-upon amounts with international partners.
• Seamless Export to QuickBooks Online: Export bills in the currency they were created in, ensuring accurate alignment between Rose Rocket and QBO (note: multi-currency must be set up in your QBO account prior to exporting).
• Improved Flexibility in Operations: Manage quotes, rate confirmations, and bills in the preferred currency of your partners, helping brokers better serve international clients.

Important Notes

• No Currency Conversion: This feature does not include automatic currency conversion. The amounts displayed will not account for exchange rate differences.
• Manual Currency Selection: The currency must be manually selected for each transaction, as default currencies cannot be assigned to partner profiles.
