Auto-Arrival in Geofence
Introducing our new auto-arrival feature in the Driver Mobile App! Now, drivers will receive mobile notifications to mark themselves as arrived when they approach a stop within a radius of 800m. This enhancement encourages more precise tracking of in and out times, providing timely updates on your orders and enhancing driver detention tracking.
To take advantage of this feature, drivers will have to enable location tracking.
How it works: Follow these instructions to get started.
Availability: Available for customers with the Driver-Tier 1 Module. To benefit from additional automatic stop updates when the driver stays within the geofence for more than 15 minutes, please contact your Sales representative to upgrade to our Driver-Tier 2 Module.
Real Time Delay Alerts & Customer Notifications
Receive automatic delay notifications when an order is identified as at risk for late delivery. With this new feature, you can remove the manual steps of monitoring each order, tracking drivers and calculating ETA from your workload. In addition, you can easily send notifications to your customers as soon as their order is flagged as late so they can proactively make the necessary rearrangements and minimize any commercial impact.

Online Payments
Tired of waiting for cheques in the mail? You can now give customers the option to conveniently pay invoices online, by bank transfer or with major credit cards. Setting up payments is free, you’ll just pay for standard processing fees for each transaction. All transactions are encrypted with the latest payment technologies to prevent fraud.

Availability: Available for all US-based customers on a paid Rose Rocket plan with the Accounts Receivable - Tier 1 Module. Note: Online payments are coming soon to Canada, stay tuned 🇨🇦
Location Settings
You can now save addresses for customers, destinations or your own terminals for future use, like your own custom address book. Add and revise locations in Settings → Locations, or save addresses right when you create a new order. Each address also includes contact info, hours and notes, giving drivers the information they need for each load. That’s less time on manual entry, and more time back to you. Sweet.
