      Dynamic Delivery ETAs

      Get accurate delivery times for your orders and easily share them with your customers while cutting down on track and trace requests. Connect to tools like ELDs or Macropoint to update delivery times automatically, and share them with customers using order tracking links.

      How it works: Follow these instructions to get started.

      Availability: Available for all customers on a Paid Rose Rocket plan.

      Multi-Carrier Shipments

      Rose Rocket now supports multi-carrier shipments, making it easy to plan orders that use more than one carrier. Assign each leg of a shipment to different carriers and record costs separately for easy billing. Rate Confirmations are created automatically for each carrier that can be tendered digitally from the platform in seconds.

      Carrier Billing

      Start billing carriers from our new Billing module. You can create bills for each carrier, compare estimated partner costs with actual costs, and track revenue and expenses in this new module.

      Driver Location Tracking 

      Get real-time updates on your freight with direct location sharing from drivers. You can now directly request the location of drivers via text message or by having the carrier share the order with the driver from the shared rate confirmation. Location updates are pulled onto orders automatically for greater freight visibility to make responding to shipper requests easy.
