No matter what screen you're on, your initials will appear in the top right corner

Click the arrow next to your initials and select Profile from the drop-down menu

This will allow you to access your Profile Settings in a new page

Update your Email Address

If you ever need to update your own email address, you can do so from your Profile page

Note: You can only change the email address of the account you're signed into. While you can always update your own email address, you will not be able to update the email address of your teammates or other Rose Rocket users

From the Account section of your Profile, click on the existing email address

Make any necessary changes to the existing text in this field

This could include fixing a typo or updating to a completely different email address

When finished, remember to scroll down to the Save button to save your changes

Once saved, you will have successfully changed the email address associated with your account. This will update the email at which you receive Rose Rocket notifications, as well as change the email you use to log into your account

Change your Password

Navigate to the Password section of your Profile

 Enter a new password in the provided text field

Ensure your new password meets the necessary security requirements, which should all be checked off when your new password has been entered

When finished, remember to scroll down to the Save button to save your changes

Notifications

On this Profile Settings page, scroll down to your Notification settings

From here you can select if you wish to be CCed on all Invoices sent from your Rose Rocket software. Toggle this setting on or off depending on your preference.

You can also select which Notifications you wish to receive via email

To change these settings, select the checkbox for each notification you wish to receive

If you want to stop receiving certain notifications, just unselect the checkbox instead

When finished, remember to scroll down to the Save button to save your changes

Following Settings

By following someone, you will automatically follow all future Orders associated with them

To see who you're currently following, navigate to Manage who you are following

This will display all the Customers, Partner Carriers, and Drivers you currently follow

 To see more, click the following count next to the section you wish to expand

 You can also use the search bar here to look for a specific Customer, Carrier, or Driver
