      project44 - How do I set up a brand new project44 integration within Rose Rocket?

      In order to set up your project44 account with Rose Rocket, follow these steps in the order they are presented within this article.

      Admin users will be able to complete this action.

      To locate your Carriers module:

      1. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select the Carriers module
      2. This will redirect you to the Carriers page

      To add a new Carrier:

        1. Scroll down to the Partner Carriers section
        2. Next to the "Partner Carriers" heading, click the "+ ADD CARRIER" button
        3. A pop-up screen will appear where you can enter the Carrier's information
        4. In the "Carrier Name" field, enter the Carrier's Name
        5. In the "Contact Email" field, enter the Carrier's preferred email address
        6. Ensure that the "IS TYPE" field is set to "Motor Carrier" for an MC Number
        7. In the "MCID" field, enter the Carrier's MC (Motor Carrier) Number 
        8. Click anywhere inside of the Address search bar provided
        9. Begin typing in the Carrier's address so that it pops up within the search results
        10. From the search results, select the correct address for your Carrier
        11. This address will auto-fill all address fields within the Carrier's information
        12. Make any necessary adjustments or additions to the Carrier's address
        13. Click on the "CURRENCY" field to make any changes to the Carrier's currency
        14. From the drop-down menu, select the currency this Carrier uses
        15. When complete, click "CREATE" to add a new Carrier
        16. This will add the Carrier to your list of Partner Carriers
        17. The Carrier's Details will automatically expand on the right side of the screen
        18. From this screen, click the "SERVICES" tab at the top
        19. This will open up the new Carrier's Services information
        20. To the right of the column headings, click the blue plus icon to add a new Service
        21. Add the carrier service and connect it to project44

      To locate your Customers module:

      1. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select the Carriers module
      2. This will redirect you to the Manage Customers page

      To connect the carrier rates to your customers:

        1. On the Customers page, select your customer profile and open the Services tab
        2. Add the carriers to pull rates from using the '+' button
        3. Manage your markups and save your customer profile

      To locate your Orders module:

      1. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select the Orders module
      2. This will redirect you to the Orders page

      To start pulling rates from project44 into your orders:

        1. Create an order for your customer and choose from the list of project44 carrier rates
