      What is Orderbot?

       It's 2023, so why not let robots do the manual order entry? OrderBot is a rate confirmation importer that scans rate confirmations and turns them into book orders in Rose Rocket. OrderBot is well-loved for cutting down time spent on order entry by 75%. 

      Email Rate Confirmations

      Email Rate Confirmation documents to your unique OrderBot email address (found by clicking the New Order button and going to the Automated tab).

      Send up to 10MB of compatible rate confirmation PDFs to your OrderBot address, and the order will appear in your system in less than 30 seconds.

      💡 These orders are created with an 'OrderBot' tag so you can keep track of them.


      How it Works: Step-by-step

      Create a new order in Rose Rocket, and select the “Automated” tab shown below. Here you’ll find the unique OrderBot email address for your organization.

      Click on Automated

      Select the Email import option. 

      Click on dialog

      Copy the OrderBot email address by selecting the copy icon.

      Click on dialog

      Make sure you're customer has a profile in Rose Rocket. Use the 'Add customers' button to create them instantly. 

      💡Add customer names exactly how they appear in the list. This ensures OrderBot can book orders successfully.

      From your email - forward Rate Confirmation PDFs to your OrderBot email address.

      💡 Some important things to note:

      • Rate Confirmations must be in PDF format and one of the compatible customers
      • OrderBot email must be in the 'To:' field when sending.
      • Send up to 10MB of rate confirmations in a single email

       

       

      Rose Rocket will automatically create each order in Rose Rocket. We recommend doing a quick check on the order details before you dispatch.

      💡 All new orders will be marked with an 'OrderBot' tag.

      The rate confirmation document will be attached to the order in the “Other Documents” section. Click the link to view your original rate confirmation.

      Upload Rate Confirmations

      How it Works: Step-by-step

      Create a new order in Rose Rocket, and select the “Automated” tab shown below. 

      Go to the 'Automated' tab

      Select the Upload option. 

      Select the Upload method.

      Make sure you're customer has a profile in Rose Rocket. Use the 'Add customers' button to create them instantly. 

      💡Add customer names exactly how they appear in the list. This ensures OrderBot can book orders successfully.

      Click on Add customers
      Upload rate confirmations to OrderBot. 

      💡 Some important things to note:

      • Rate Confirmations must be in PDF format, and one of the compatible customers
      • Upload up to 10MB of rate confirmations at a time
      Select "TMS For Carriers.pdf" from file upload menu
      Confirm by clicking 'Upload'.
      Click on Upload
      Rose Rocket will automatically create each order in Rose Rocket. We recommend doing a quick check on the order details before you dispatch.

      FAQ

      What format does rate confirmation have to be in?

      We are working to expand this list to cover a broader range of brokerages.

      .pdf format is the only supported document type at the moment. 

      How many rate confirmations can I send at once?

      Send up to 10MB of rate confirmations in a single email.

      I do a lot of business with other brokerages, can I submit an unsupported rate confirmation?

      The import will fail and you will need to enter the order manually. You will be able to reference the original rate confirmation under Notifications.

      You can also reach out to Support with samples of your unsupported rate confirmations and our team will work to add them to our rate confirmation library.
