Activating Your Account

You will need to activate your account after your admin/manager creates a driver profile for you.

Activate via text

  1. You will receive a text message inviting you to download the app.
  2. Log in with your phone number.


Activate via email

  1. You will receive an email inviting you to download the app and to create a password.
  2. Click Create password.
  3. Log in with your email address and your newly created password.

Tip:

Have drivers search their inbox and junk folders for emails from notifications@roserocket.com if they can't find the email.

Logging In And Out

Sometimes you are required to log in/out for system updates.


To log in:

  1. Open the driver app.
  2. It will direct you to the login screen if you are not already logged in.
  3. If your account was created with an email address:
    1. Enter your email address and password from the login screen.
    2. Click Continue.
  4. If your account was created with a phone number:
    1. Click Login with phone number and it will direct you to a different login page.
    2. Enter your phone number.
    3. Click LOG IN.
    4. Enter the verification code you received via SMS.
    5. Click LOG IN.

Note:

Drivers that signed up with their phone numbers do not need a password to log in.


To log out:

  1. Click on the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of the driver app.
  2. Click Log Out.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.
