The KeepTruckin ELD Integration with Rose Rocket

Connect with KeepTruckin ELD to enable real-time track and trace for your shipments. We use KeepTruckin’s GPS data to map driver and truck location on Rose Rocket’s order and manifest details, so you never lose track of your freight.

  • See the real-time location of your shipments right from within the TMS, allowing for better planning and faster response times.
  • GPS data is used to automatically update the location status of a shipment as often as every 30 seconds.
  • You can make this information available directly to customers, which means fewer manual status updates for your team, and higher control and satisfaction for your customers.

This integration is available for free for all Rose Rocket instances. To use this integration, an existing subscription with KeepTruckin is required.

Connecting your KeepTruckin account with Rose Rocket

Admin Users can set up KeepTruckin through the Integrations page. Select the KeepTruckin tile and click Enable App.

Setting up your Equipment

In order to start tracking vehicles in Rose Rocket, you need to link your KeepTruckin equipment to Rose Rocket. Here’s how to do it:

Track your fleet in real-time

Once your vehicles are set up, you can start tracking them on Rose Rocket. The last known location is updated as often as every 30 seconds and shown on the Equipment profile, Manifest, Order, and Control Center.

To view the LKL of a truck, hover over the icon on the map to see the address and the time seen at that location.

KeepTruckin’s last known location data can be made available to your customers directly through the Customer Portal. Here's how to turn it on and off for a customer:
