To add a Signed Delivery document to an Order, follow the steps below.
All user types will be able to complete this action.
To locate your Order:
- On the left side of the screen, navigate to the Orders Module
To locate the Documents section:

- Locate the Order to which you would like to add this document
- Click anywhere on the Order to open it on the right side of the screen
- Click "FULL VIEW" in order to expand the Order Details into full view mode
- Once the Order is in full view, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to the Documents section of the Order
To upload a Signed Delivery document:

- Locate the Signed Delivery tile
The tile should be greyed out like the image above, indicating that no document has been uploaded yet - Click the "Upload" hyperlink within this tile
- A pop-up box will appear in which you may enter the file you wish to upload
- To locate the file you wish to upload, you may either:
- Locate the file on your computer, and click/drag the file into this box:
- Or, click this box:
and from the file finder that appears on your screen, locate the file you wish to upload. Select this file, and then click "Open"
- Locate the file on your computer, and click/drag the file into this box:
- You may select multiple files, however, all files uploaded will be combined into a single PDF
File Types Supported: PDF, PNG, GIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG - Fill out the name of this document's Assignee in the text box below
- Review the documents you have selected. If you have uploaded any documents from your computer in error, simply click the red trash icon next to the document
- Click "Combine & Save" to upload the documents, which will be combined into a single PDF file
- The Signed Delivery tile will now look like this:
...and your document has been uploaded!
