How do I upload a Proof of Delivery (POD) document to an Order?

To add a Signed Delivery document to an Order, follow the steps below.

All user types will be able to complete this action.

To locate your Order:

  1. On the left side of the screen, navigate to the Orders Module

To locate the Documents section:

    1. Locate the Order to which you would like to add this document
    2. Click anywhere on the Order to open it on the right side of the screen
    3. Click "FULL VIEW" in order to expand the Order Details into full view mode
    4. Once the Order is in full view, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to the Documents section of the Order

To upload a Signed Delivery document:

    1. Locate the Signed Delivery tile

      The tile should be greyed out like the image above, indicating that no document has been uploaded yet
    2. Click the "Upload" hyperlink within this tile
    3. A pop-up box will appear in which you may enter the file you wish to upload
    4. To locate the file you wish to upload, you may either:
      1. Locate the file on your computer, and click/drag the file into this box:
      2. Or, click this box:

        and from the file finder that appears on your screen, locate the file you wish to upload. Select this file, and then click "Open"
    5. You may select multiple files, however, all files uploaded will be combined into a single PDF
      File Types Supported: PDF, PNG, GIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG
    6. Fill out the name of this document's Assignee in the text box below
    7. Review the documents you have selected. If you have uploaded any documents from your computer in error, simply click the red trash icon next to the document
    8. Click "Combine & Save" to upload the documents, which will be combined into a single PDF file
    9. The Signed Delivery tile will now look like this:

      ...and your document has been uploaded!
