How do I customize the load ID I send to my partners?

You have the option to customize the load ID before sending the offer to your partner carrier.

Depending on if you work off of the Order ID or Manifest ID, choosing one lets you and your partner stay aligned on what load you're talking about when connecting over the phone or email.

1. Go to the Settings page and open the Orders tab. In the e-tender Settings section, choose the Manifest ID or Order ID from the dropdown menu.

Please note, if this is not updated, your e-Tenders will default to Manifest ID.
