If you’re catching up on work and adding orders into Rose Rocket retroactively, you have the option to “Dispatch Silently”. This lets you update the status of shipments in Rose Rocket without notifying the assigned partner carriers.

How it works:

After you’ve created a manifest for your order and have sent it to a carrier, select the “Dispatch Silently” tab to update the manifest status in Rose Rocket.
