How do I search for an Order in the Customer Portal?

This article will outline how to search for an Order within the Customer Portal.

All customers with Portal access will be able to complete this action.

To locate your Orders:

  1. On the left side of the screen, navigate to the Orders Module

To search for an existing Order:

    1. Ensure you are on the Orders list
    2. In the top right corner, click the search bar
    3. Enter the information you have about the Order you are searching for
      This can be a reference order, shipper confirmation, consignee confirmation, etc.
      You do not need to specify what the information is; simply search the information you have
    4. Hit enter or click the magnifying glass in the right of the search bar
    5. The system will return and display any and all Orders that match the criteria you have entered in the search bar
