How do I edit an Invoice?

If you need to make changes to an existing invoice in your software, follow the steps below.

Billing/Managers and Admin users will be able to complete this action.

To access the Invoicing module:

  1. Navigate to the invoicing module
  2. Ensure you select the "Invoices (Beta)" option from the secondary menu that appears

To update an Invoice:

    1. Locate the Invoice you would like to edit
    2. Navigate to the Actions column of this Invoice
    3. To the right of the "Send" option, click the blue drop-down arrow
    4. A new menu will appear with other options
    5. From the menu that appears, select "View Invoice"
    6. The Invoice will open up in a new page
    7. Make any necessary changes to the information on this page
    8. When complete, click the "SAVE" button to save your changes
    9. You may also click "SAVE & SEND" instead if you wish to send the Invoice now
