How do I edit an Invoice?
If you need to make changes to an existing invoice in your software, follow the steps below.
Billing/Managers and Admin users will be able to complete this action.
To access the Invoicing module:
- Navigate to the invoicing module
- Ensure you select the "Invoices (Beta)" option from the secondary menu that appears
To update an Invoice:

- Locate the Invoice you would like to edit
- Navigate to the Actions column of this Invoice
- To the right of the "Send" option, click the blue drop-down arrow
- A new menu will appear with other options
- From the menu that appears, select "View Invoice"
- The Invoice will open up in a new page
- Make any necessary changes to the information on this page
- When complete, click the "SAVE" button to save your changes
- You may also click "SAVE & SEND" instead if you wish to send the Invoice now
- Locate the Invoice you would like to edit
