While sending a Consolidated Invoice, follow these steps to ensure it is sent to the correct recipient, or edit the current recipient to someone else.
All users will be able to access these settings/to complete this action.
To access the Invoicing module:
- Navigate to the invoicing module
- Ensure you select the "Invoices (Beta)" option from the secondary menu that appears
To update the Consolidated Invoice recipient:

- On the screen that appears, locate the Order you would like to update
If it is not readily available, feel free to use the search bar in the top right-hand corner to look for it - Once located, navigate to the Consolidated Invoice ID under the column "CONS.INV"
The format of this ID will always be CI-### - Click the Consolidated Invoice ID to open the Consolidated Invoice, which will open in a new page
- In the top right-hand corner, click "SEND"
- A new screen will pop up with the invoice details and the recipient. Click the email address that appears, and it will turn into an editable text box
- Enter the email address to which you would like to send your Consolidated Invoice
- Click "SEND" to save your changes and send the Consolidated Invoice
- On the screen that appears, locate the Order you would like to update
...and that's it!
