How do I chat within the Driver Mobile app?

You can utilize chat within the Driver Mobile app for updates and more information. Learn how here.

If you have a new message in the Driver Mobile app, the chat icon at the bottom of your screen will have a small red dot above it to notify you.

In order to respond to a chat message:

1. Click on the chat icon at the bottom of your screen
2. On the screen that appears, click the chat message that has a blue dot next to it
   
   The blue dot signifies that there is a new message within this chat
3. This will pull up the chat in your app
   
4. To respond to this message, click the text box at the bottom of the screen that reads "Type message here" and type in your reply
   
5. Click the arrow button to the right of the text box to send your message to dispatch
