Create an invoice without an order

How to create a free-floating invoice from scratch, to capture revenue outside an order

1. From the Receivables module, click on "Create invoice" in the top right corner

2. Assign a customer, confirm their address, and fill out Invoice dates and terms

3. Fill out details of the invoice, and select "Save"
