Why use e-Rate Confirmations?

• Send e-Rate Confirmations directly to your partners’ email, where they can view the order details, negotiate rates, and sign the rate confirmation instantly.
• Forget about back and forths or having to chase down signed order documents. This new process helps save you time by automating these manual tasks and brings clarity to the rate confirmation process.

All partner relationships are different, which is why we’ve outlined three different scenarios of how the new e-Rate Confirmation process can be used:

1. Working with a partner where an e-signature is required
2. Working with a partner where an e-signature is not required
3. Updating the status of orders without notifying partner carriers
