Once a Driver has been added to your software, their email address cannot be changed. This restriction has been implemented by design.

The reason email addresses cannot be changed is because your system uses this information to recognize the Driver and associate them with other items in your software.
At this time, our road map does not include any changes to the way this part of the software works. This is mainly due to the errors it would create within your system.
Workaround
However, the following workaround will allow you to change email addresses within your system. This may impact previous Orders associated with the Driver, and we do not recommend changing this information unless absolutely necessary.
However, if you do need to adjust this information, follow the steps below.
How to Update a Driver's Email Address
Follow the steps below to update a Driver's email address:
- Add the existing Driver again in your Team module using this article:
Add a new Driver - When adding them as a new Driver, make sure to use the updated email address
- To remove the original Driver from your system, follow the steps in this article to deactivate a Driver:
