How to subscribe to Email or SMS notifications

To help you monitor the Rose Rocket system's operational status, you can choose to receive notifications when a service incident has occurred by subscribing to incident notifications via email and SMS. Follow the below steps to subscribe to notifications.

1. Go to the Rose Rocket Statuspage 

2. Click the Subscribe to Updates button. Select either email or SMS:

• • Email: Get email notifications whenever Rose Rocket creates, updates or resolves an incident
  • SMS: Get text message notifications whenever Rose Rocket creates or resolves an incident
    
    

3. Enter your contact information

4. Click Subscribe

5. Check your e-mail inbox or text messages for a link to confirm your subscription

How to unsubscribe from Email notifications

1. Find any email in your inbox that was sent from Statuspage
2. At the bottom of the email, click the blue Unsubscribe button
3. Choose the email category you'd like to unsubscribe from updates for

4. Click on Update Preferences
