Providing Feedback Within The App
You can send feedback from within the driver app and let us know how we can improve your experience.
We would love to hear from you if you have suggestions or feature requests.
Here is how you can share your feedback:
- Open the driver app.
- Click on the Profile icon at the bottom right.
- Click Give us feedback.
- For Android users, choose an email app.
- For iOS users, it will automatically redirect you to your email app.
- Provide as much detail as you would like and send.
Warning:
If the Give us feedback button isn't working, it's likely because you don't have a default email app set up.
Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team. Though we can't respond to every submission, we will use your comments to improve the experience for everyone.
