Rose Rocket pulls in Fuel Prices automatically from the EIA on a weekly basis, allowing you to set the appropriate fuel surcharge.

Fuel Indexes are updated weekly by the EIA here: https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/

Instead of having to review this site every week, and then update the current price of fuel in your system manually to reflect the change, Rose Rocket will automatically pull them in for you. This ensures that there are no rating issues and inconsistencies to how the Fuel Surcharges are applied. 

In addition, we will also keep a record of all historical changes to ensure the correct fuel surcharge is applied for the correct timeframe.

Currently, the price of fuel is being pulled from the EIA. Shortly, we will be able to pull from the FCA as well as manually input fuel prices.
