      SaferWatch - How do I assign a Manifest to a Carrier based on SaferWatch compliance risk indicators?

      When assigning a Manifest, follow the steps below to use SaferWatch compliance risk indicators in order to dispatch to preferrable Carriers.

      All users will be able to access these settings/to complete this action.

      To locate the Order you would like to dispatch:

      1. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select the Orders module

      To locate the Leg you will be dispatching:

        1. From your Orders list, locate the Order you would like to dispatch
        2. Ensure that the Order is in "BOOKED" status

          If the Order is booked, there will be a symbol to its right displaying: "BKD"
        3. Click on the Order 
        4. This will expand its details on the right side of the page
        5. These details should also show the Order as "BOOKED" at the top of the screen

          If you would like more insight into the Order while you are dispatching it, you may also click "FULL VIEW" to expand the Order Details into a full page before continuing with the steps below

          However, to dispatch the Order, keep the details open in the side panel view:
        6. Navigate to the Legs section
        7. From the side panel view of the Order, click "Create New Manifest"
        8. A pop-up box will appear where you can create a new Manifest
        9. Ensure the selection at the top is toggled to "Assign Carrier" to choose a Carrier
        10. Click within the "Search by carrier name" text box
        11. Type in at least three characters to search for your preferred Carrier
        12. When SaferWatch Carrier Compliance has been integrated into your Rose Rocket software, you will be able to see the compliance risk indicators of each Carrier on this screen.

          When searching for a carrier in Rose Rocket, you will now see compliance risk indicators in a simple red, yellow, or green assessment. Carrier profiles without compliance information will be indicated in grey.
        13. Click next to the Carrier you would like to use to select them
        14. Click "Create New Manifest" at the bottom of the pop-up box
