Keep track of your Customer Orders with a sharable live status dashboard.

Utilize our buildable board feature to effectively monitor your customers' freight. This robust tool enables you to track and trace orders based on customer segments through a dynamic live board that can be shared with your clients. This guide will walk you through the steps of creating your Customer Track and Trace Board.

 

Here is a sample snapshot of your Shareable Customer Track and Trace Board, providing real-time visibility into order statuses through the Status column.

You can further optimize your insights by adding or removing Security Filters and Columns to effectively visualize and segregate your customer quotes into wins and losses. 

Step 1: Go to the top left button "Create" and select "Create board" 

Step 2: To customize your Board, go to Settings:

  • Select the Board type as Orders

  • Rename your Board to fit your business's needs

  • Customize your Columns with "Selected Columns"

Step 3: Add your Security Filters on your Customer Tracking Board

Security Filters ensure you only display information you want to share or view. 

  • Customer is *Select Customer*
  • Status is New, Booked, In Transit, Delivered
