Sharing Public Links

This article shows Carriers how to share a public link to external recipients.

With just a few simple clicks you can share a public link with your shippers who are looking to track the status and location of their orders. Once you have enabled the shareable link, you will get a pop-up that the link has been successfully copied.

To prevent access to the public link, you have the option to disable it. If you want to grant access again, simply generate and share a new link. This link will stay active for 90 days.

Sharing Documents

Documents are attached to shared Orders and Invoices automatically to make exchanging Rate Confirmations and Invoices easy with external parties.
