Sharing Objects

With just a few simple clicks you can share a public link with people outside of the system for objects including Orders, Load Tenders and Invoices. Once you have enabled the shareable link, you will get a pop-up that the link has been successfully copied.

We recommend sharing orders with customers to track the status and location of their orders.

To prevent access to the public link, you have the option to disable it. If you want to grant access again, simply generate and share a new link. This link will stay active for 90 days.

Sharing Documents

Documents are attached to shared Orders and Invoices automatically to make exchanging Rate Confirmations and Invoices easy with external parties.
