Log into the Driver Mobile App

  1. Open the Rose Rocket Driver App on your mobile device or search Rose Rocket Truck Driver on the App Store and download the app.
  2. Enter your login credentials, either email or phone number after your login was sent by your company.
  3. If you log in using your phone number, a verification code will be sent to your phone to help you securely log in. 

Access to Multiple Companies

Drivers can access multiple companies using Rose Rocket from a single Driver App, allowing seamless switching between companies while keeping track of loads for each one.

For Drivers, make sure your carriers are using the same login credentials (phone number or email address) when creating your driver profile in their Rose Rocket account.


Viewing your Trips (Manifests)

  1. Once logged in, you will see the list of your trips. These are manifest objects in Rose Rocket.
  2. The manifest displays all your tasks in the order they need to be completed.
  3. You can view the start and end times for each task at the top.

Viewing the Manifest Details

  1. Click on a Manifest to view the details of the trip. 
    You can view the start and end times and open the addresses in your preferred Map application to start your trip. 
  2. Click on a Task to view more information about your pickup or dropoff, such as shipping instructions, commodities, load tender numbers and more.
  3. Upon arriving at a task location (e.g., pickup or delivery), tap on Actions to complete the task. 



  4. The app will automatically record your arrival time, and the time field will turn green, indicating that it has been updated.
  5. You can manually adjust the arrival time by clicking the Actions button.

Editing Shipment Details

  1. To update any shipment-related information, tap on the task again. 
  2. Editable fields will have a pen icon displayed next to them. If you need access to additional fields or custom fields, the Admin can update access for the Driver role in Settings.
  3. Edit Accessorials: Click on the pen icon next to the Accessorials field to select the accessorials for this task.  

    Note to Admin: Admin can remove fields edit access for the Drivers. Contact your Account Manager to customize user access.  Click here to learn more.

Tap Save to ensure that the updates sync in real time with your back-office team.

Uploading Proof of Completion and Other Documents

  1. Click the Actions button 
  2. You have four options:
    • Scan a document: Use the camera on your phone to scan documents.
    • Take a photo in-app: Capture an image of the document or delivery proof.
    • Add a signature: Use your finger to sign directly on the screen.
    • Upload photos from your phone: Take a picture of your documents and upload the photos afterwards. 
  3. Once uploaded, the task will automatically update with the time of completion.
  4. If the tasks are at the same stop, you can select all of the tasks to complete them at once and upload the proofs of completion for all the tasks at one.  Check out the video below on how:
  5. After all details for the task have been entered and proof of completion uploaded, a checkbox will appear next to the task to confirm completion. Your Back Office team will be automatically notified when the task is completed. 

Enable & disable location sharing

To enable location sharing from the app, go to the Profile and toggle Sharing Location on. You can disable location sharing at any time.

The app also supports French and Spanish. To change the app's language, click Language in the Profile.

Q: What if I need to change a field that’s not editable?
A: Some fields may be restricted based on admin settings. If you can’t edit a field, contact your administrator for support.

Q: How do I upload documents for a task?
A: You can scan documents using your phone’s camera or upload photos from your gallery directly in the app after completing a task.

Q: Will my updates sync automatically?
A: Yes, any updates you make will sync in real-time with your company's system, keeping the back-office team up to date.
