How to connect your RMIS account to Rose Rocket and keep your carrier compliance up to date — automatically.
Quick Navigation
Why RMIS Matters
RMIS (Registry Monitoring Insurance Services) is a carrier compliance platform that verifies and monitors carrier insurance, safety ratings, and credentials.
With the RMIS integration, carriers onboarded in RMIS sync directly into Rose Rocket, helping you reduce double data entry, stay current on insurance and safety updates, and assign carriers with confidence.
How to Set It Up
-
Go to Settings > Module Settings > RMIS
- Click Edit
-
Enter your RMIS Credentials
- Enable the Partners & Documents Sync
-
Click Save changes
Once authenticated, the RMIS system will sync with your Rose Rocket account.

How It Works
Once enabled, the RMIS integration runs automatically in the background and syncs your carrier and compliance data every 15 minutes.
Partner Sync
Automatically keep your carrier list in Rose Rocket up to date.
-
Automatic Partner creation: Carriers successfully onboarded in RMIS will automatically appear as Partner records in Rose Rocket within 15 minutes.
-
Continuous updates: When carrier details change in RMIS, their Partner record updates in Rose Rocket automatically.
-
Sync direction: RMIS is the source of truth — any manual edits made to synced fields in Rose Rocket will be overwritten by RMIS during the next sync.
-
Duplicate prevention: Each synced Partner has a unique external RMIS integration ID, which prevents duplicates. If that ID is not available, meaning the carrier was manually created in Rose Rocket, the system will use the DOT ID as a fallback for syncing.
-
Field mapping: The following default fields sync automatically from RMIS to Rose Rocket. Additional fields can be added on request through Rose Rocket Support:
-
DOT number, MC number, external ID, last synced at, common authority status, contract authority status, broker authority status, legal name, DBA name, safety rating, safety rating date, operating status, out of service date, total trucks, total power units, vehicle OOS ratio, driver OOS ratio, total inspections, inspections last updated, total crashses, fatal crashes, injury crashes, crashes last updated
-
Documents Sync
Synced documents appear under the Compliance tab on the Partner record
