Sharing Rate Confirmations with Drivers

Learn how your partner carriers can share Rate Confirmations with their drivers.

Rate Confirmations can be shared with carriers from Rose Rocket via email or using a sharing link for the order.

When a Rate Confirmation is shared with a carrier, they now see the option to add their driver's phone number directly to the digital document. Once the phone number is added, the Rate Confirmation document is automatically sent to the driver from Rose Rocket.

Drivers will receive a text with a digital link to the rate confirmation to view the details for the shipment.

Carriers have the option to update the phone number from the shared Rate Confirmation if needed.
