Building a Win-Loss Dashboard

With our buildable board feature, you can easily keep track of your business sales. This powerful tool will help you analyze your quotes, identify winning or losing trends and make informed decisions about your next business move. This article will guide you through the process of building your Win-Loss Dashboard.

Below is a sample snapshot of your historical quotes. The Status column gives you a quick view of the outcomes of your business deals.

You can further optimize your insights by adding or removing Security Filters and Columns to effectively visualize and segregate your customer quotes into wins and losses.

Step 1: Go to the top left button "Create" and select "Create board"

Step 2: To customize your Board, go to Settings:

Select the Board type as Quotes
Rename your Board to fit your business's needs
Customize your Columns with "Selected Columns"

Step 3: Add your Security Filters on your Won/Lost Board

Security Filters ensure you only display information you want to share or view.

Type is Customer
Status is Wins, Lost

And that's it! You have created a Won/Lost Quotes Dashboard that you can share with your team or customers.
