The Customers module in Rose Rocket allows you to manage all customer-related information in one place. Updating a customer's profile helps ensure billing accuracy, operational alignment, and cleaner reporting across teams.

How it Works

  1. Open the Profile
    Click on the customer’s name to open their profile.

  2. Edit Company Details

    • Click on the data panel to update company details and any necessary fields.

    • Each field is editable—just click on the field directly to edit.

  3. Store Customer Documents
    Click on Documents > Upload to store documents such as contracts.

  4. Create Contacts
    Click on Contacts > Create new contacts to add people and their contact info.
