🎨 Organize Visually with Board Row Colors
You can now highlight rows on your boards using color — perfect for surfacing key orders, segmenting tasks, or aligning your team around a shared visual system.
Why this matters:

Add visual emphasis to important rows

Quickly scan and identify categories or priorities

Create consistent systems for teams or personal workflows
How to use it:

Select one or more rows on your board

Click the Action menu > Color Row

Choose a color from the palette

Click Apply to highlight your selection
What to know:

Row colors are board-specific — changing a row’s color on one board won’t affect it on another

Teammates will see the same row colors when on the same board
-
Use a personal board for private color systems

Guest and External users can see row colors but cannot edit them
⛽ Track Fuel Costs with the Fuel Receipts Module
Now available under Billing, the Fuel Receipts module helps carriers and fleets manage fuel expenses and automate deductions for owner-operators.
What this unlocks:

Upload fuel receipts in bulk using CSV or Excel

Link fuel to drivers, assets, and vendors

Automate pay deductions for owner-operators

Improve payout accuracy and visibility into costs
How it works:
Step 1: Set up Fuel Cards
Go to Settings > Module Settings > Fuel Receipts and create fuel cards.
Assign each card to a Driver and/or Asset.
Step 2: Upload CSVs
Under Billing > Fuel Receipts, upload a fuel transaction CSV (e.g., from Wex).
The system will auto-map fields and generate receipts.
Step 3: Review Receipts
All uploads appear on the Fuel Receipts Board, with details like vendor, asset, and status.
Review and approve as needed.
Step 4: Automate Deductions
Enable “Fuel Deduction Enabled” on a Driver’s profile.
Once approved, the system auto-creates a negative pay item for that fuel receipt.
