July 24 Release Notes - Multi-Currency Conversion and Default Contact on Invoices

New tools for organizing your data, automating invoice emails, and viewing costs in your home currency.

1. Default Invoice Contacts

You can now set invoice contacts once — and we’ll remember them for next time.

What’s new:

  • Mark a contact as an Invoice Contact and they’ll always auto-fill when sharing invoices

  • If you select someone manually, they’ll be saved as the default going forward

  • You can set this when editing a contact or creating a new one

Why this helps:

  • No more re-selecting the same contacts every time

  • Fewer missed emails and billing mistakes

To update, just go to a customer’s contact list and set Invoice Contact = Yes or No.

2. Multi-Currency Conversion

If you work in multiple currencies, you can now see foreign amounts converted into your Home Currency for better visibility.

What’s new:

  • Add your own exchange rates in Settings > Financials > Exchange Rates

  • Key fields like Order Margin, Manifest Costs, and Invoice Amounts will show both the original and converted (Home) values

  • Converted fields are labeled with “(Home)” and can be added to boards and detail views

Why this helps:

  • Know your actual costs and margins at a glance

  • No need to do manual currency math

  • You’re always seeing amounts in your base currency
