Invoicing with Rose Rocket: Quick Guide for Carriers

This guide is designed for carrier users with a free subscription. With a free account, you can create individual invoices for delivered shipments. The invoice feature automatically generates professional invoices and helps you track your payments.

Users with a paid subscription can follow this article library to learn the advanced features of their plan. 

  1. Create Individual Invoices
    • Go into the delivered order and a notification will prompt you to create the invoice once the order has been delivered. 
  1. Edit Invoice
    • You can edit the invoice using the Data Panel on the right side of the screen. This panel allows you to add Line Items, Payment Terms, Due Date, and Remittance Address.
  2. Send Invoices to Customers 
    • Click the "Share" button located on the top right corner of your screen. 
    • Additionally, you can download the PDF invoice by navigating to the "Documents" tab on the left side of the screen.  

The invoicing feature enables carriers to bill their customers for the shipments they have delivered. The platform provides a user-friendly interface for creating, managing, and tracking invoices, ensuring an efficient and organized invoicing process.
