How to set up Dimension Conversions for Rating

Convert the provided dimensions in an order to a dimension that is rateable according to your existing rate table(s).

There are often times when you will receive an order in dimensions that do not align with your existing rates. For example, the order is in feet, but your rates are in centimetres. By setting up dimension conversions in Rose Rocket, you no longer need to manually do the conversion. It will automatically do the conversion on the order and apply the correct rate. 

Setting Up Dimension Conversions

1. Go to the "Rating Module" and select "Tariffs" board
2. Select the Tariff you would like to set up dimension conversions for.
3. Click on "Conversions" and input the various dimension conversions to be applied.
