What do I need to prepare before connecting Geotab with Rose Rocket?

To connect Geotab with the Rose Rocket Platform, you’ll need: 

1. Geotab login credentials
2. Rose Rocket’s Assets - Tier 1 and Drivers - Tier 1. To access HERE maps integration, you’ll also need Orders - Tier 2. 

How do I set up Geotab integration in the Rose Rocket Platform?

1. In your Rose Rocket account, head to the Assets module. 

2. Navigate to the Extension Menu on the top right corner of your screen.

3. Click on "Connect to ELD".

4. Follow the login instructions on the screen.

5. Search for “Geotab.”

6. Log in using your Geotab credentials.

How often does Geotab sync with Rose Rocket? 

Geotab geolocation updates are synced with Rose Rocket every 5 minutes. You can find this information in the order’s Last Seen field or as pins on the Maps view. 

ETA calculation using HERE maps is updated every hour. The automatic ETA calculation will start when the order’s status is In Transit and 48 hours before the delivery start time.
