      Enabling ELD Integrations

      Importing Trucks

      Once your ELD is connected, Rose Rocket will import the trucks from your ELD account automatically and create them as assets in Rose Rocket. 

      View and manage your imported trucks from the 'Asset' module. Add them to shipments from an order or manifest using the widget workflow.

      Trucks are mapped between Rose Rocket and ELDs using the VIN number. If the VIN number is not matched to an asset in Rose Rocket at the time of import, a new asset is created. Otherwise, the asset will be duplicated.


      Importing Drivers

      Once your ELD is connected, Rose Rocket will import the drivers from your ELD account automatically and create them as Drivers in Rose Rocket. View and manage your imported drivers from the Driver Module.

      If you have already connected your ELD and imported Assets, you will need to connect your ELD again through the Driver Module. 

      The following Driver information will be imported:

      • If there is a phone number and email, Rose Rocket will create a driver record with a phone number.
      • If there is only a phone number, Rose Rocket will create a driver record with the phone number.
      • If there is only an email, Rose Rocket will create a driver record with the email.
      • If there is neither, Rose Rocket the import will be skipped.
      Drivers will not be automatically invited to use the Mobile App when they are imported. Users must invite them through the Driver Module using the ‘Invite driver’ widget. 

      Location Tracking

      ELD location data is updated in Rose Rocket every 5 minutes. From a specific order or manifest, you can see the location of the truck from the map view and its last known location.
