How to set up location updates on orders from drivers.

Get location updates on your orders automatically from drivers for greater freight visibility to make responding to shipper requests easy. 

How it Works

There are two ways you can set up driver location updates for orders: 

Request Driver Location Updates From Carriers on Shared Tenders

When tendering to a partner carrier, they will see the option to add the driver's name and phone number for location tracking. Drivers will automatically receive a text message with a link to the order details and a button to share location updates with you for the order.

If a Carrier does not add the driver's phone number from the shared tender, you can still get location updates by adding the driver's phone number directly to the order.

Here's how:

 

Once a driver has started sharing their location, they will receive a text message 15 minutes before each delivery stop to re-share their location.
