Step-by-Step Guide to Using Dispatch to Partner Carriers and Drivers

Navigate to Orders:
- Log into Rose Rocket and navigate to the Orders section in the dashboard.

Select Order:
- Choose the order you want to dispatch, whether it’s for your drivers or partner carriers.

Assign to Carrier or Driver:
- Choose either a driver or a partner carrier to assign the order. The UI will update based on your selection, showing the fields relevant to either drivers or carriers.
- You can assign a driver or carrier to the entire order or to the individual legs within the order. Each assignment will create a separate manifest or trip to help you manage the costs for the separate assignee.

Complete the Assignment:
- Confirm the assignment and send the order to either the driver’s app or the carrier's email address.
- Change the Assignment of the Driver or Carrier:
- Once you assign a driver/carrier, a Manifest will be generated.
- To change the assignment, you can select Select Driver or Assign Partner to update who will ship your order or leg.
- A Warning sign will show up to ask you to confirm the changes and Manifest will be updated with the new assignment.
6. Rate Confirmation and Document Upload:

- Once an order is assigned, rate confirmations can be sent, documents uploaded, and tasks marked complete by the assigned drivers via the Driver Mobile App or by the partner carriers via email.
Invoicing:
- When you assign a carrier and a driver to separate legs in an order, the software will generate separate manifests, which will display their own costs. The system allows for easy generation of invoices based on the work performed, either by drivers or partner carriers.
