Rose Rocket's Order Deletion feature ensures no tasks are left behind when deleting an order. If tasks are still assigned, the system will prompt users to unassign them before allowing deletion.
Rose Rocket's latest Order Deletion feature helps ensure no tasks are left behind when deleting an order. Before an order is deleted, the system checks if any tasks linked to the order are still assigned to manifests and prompts the user to unassign or delete them before proceeding. This enhancement prevents errors and ensures there remain no active legs when an order is cancelled.
Step 1: Deleting an Order
- Navigate to the Order Board: In Rose Rocket, locate the order you want to delete.
- Check for Assigned Tasks: The system automatically checks if any tasks related to this order are still assigned to manifests. The system won't let you delete the order until you remove the tasks, invoices and manifests from the order.
Step 2: User Prompt
- Unassign Tasks: If tasks are still assigned, the system will prompt you to remove them from their manifests.
