How it Works

Navigate to Customers
Use the left-hand sidebar to access the Customers module. -
Click “Create Customer”
Opens a form to begin creating a new customer profile. -
Fill in Customer Information
Add company name and address. -
Add Additional Information
Use the data panel to fill in additional information such as emails and phone numbers.

I accidentally created a duplicate customer—what should I do?
Before creating a new customer, always use the search bar to check if they already exist. If duplicates are found, you can delete the customer profile.
Why isn’t the customer showing up when I try to create an order?
Make sure the customer profile was saved properly and marked as active. Inactive customers profiles will not appear.
