The Partner Compliance feature helps you track and manage compliance documentation for your partners, including insurance, certifications, and other required documents. The system automatically monitors document expiration dates and maintains partner compliance status.

Viewing Compliance Documents
- Navigate to the Partner Compliance Board
- View all compliance documents in a list format
- Use filters to sort by:
- Compliance type
- Status
- Expiration date
- Insurance amount
- Partner
- Create a new view for Expiring soon to keep track of this quickly
Adding New Compliance Documents
- Click the "Create compliance" button
- Select the compliance type
- Fill in information:
- Issuing authority
- Insurance amount
- Policy number
- Effective date
- Expiry date
- Upload supporting documentation
Note: New compliance documents are automatically set to "Pending approval" status and will update the partner's status to "Needs review." Once all compliance documents are "Approved," the partner's status will change to "Active."
Approving Compliance Documents
Only administrators can approve compliance documents by default. You can update which roles can update compliance statuses by going to Settings -> Users, Roles, Groups -> Roles -> Select a Role -> Partner compliance
To approve a compliance document:
- Review the compliance details and documentation
- Verify all information is correct
- Change the status to "Approved"
The partner's status will automatically update to "Active" when all required documents are approved.
Handling Expired Documents
The system automatically:
- Checks for expired documents daily
- Marks expired documents as "Expired"
- Updates partner status to "Compliance issue"
To resolve expired compliance:
- Submit new compliance documentation
- The new document will be set to "Under review"
Understanding Compliance Status
Compliance documents can have the following statuses:
- Under review: New or modified compliances that are pending admin approval
- Approved: Documents verified by admins
- Expired: Documents past their expiration date
Partner status is automatically updated based on compliance status:
- Needs review: Has compliance documents under review
- Active: All required compliance documents approved
- Compliance issue: Has expired compliance documents
Creating Additional Fields for Carrier Compliance
You can leverage Rose Rocket's Object Builder to create additional fields to store more information about carrier compliance in Rose Rocket. Contact your Rose Rocket administrator for assistance with Object Builder.

Common issues and solutions:
- Cannot approve compliance
- Verify you have admin permissions
- Change this under roles and permissions by role
- Partner status not updating
- Check if all required compliance types have approved documents
- Verify that no documents are expired
- Cannot submit new compliance
- Ensure you're selecting the correct compliance type
