Bulk Dispatch to Drivers

Bulk Dispatch allows you to send multiple orders to drivers at once. This helps you streamline communication, save time, and keep your fleet moving.

How It Works

  1. Open the Orders Board
    Navigate to your Orders Board to view your current shipments.
  2. Select Multiple Orders
    Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select multiple orders that are ready for dispatch.

  3. Send Orders to the Driver Mobile App
    Click “Send to Driver” from the bulk action bar. Once you dispatch the orders, they'll be sent right to each assigned driver's Driver Mobile App. They'll get a notification on their phone with all the details about their trips and real-time updates to keep them in the loop!

Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Why can’t I dispatch an order?
The order must have a driver assigned before you can dispatch it. You can add the driver directly from the Board view.


Will the driver get a notification?
Yes. Drivers using the Rose Rocket Mobile App will receive real-time push notifications with their assigned trips.
